Many of our services are paid for through a combination of rates and user charges. Our fees are set in accordance with our Revenue and Finance Policy, and depend on a range of factors including who benefits from the activity (see below). Areas where we are proposing to increase fees include:

• Parking services
• Dog registration fees
• Community centres
• Swimming pools and sportsfields
• Marinas
• Cemeteries
• Landfill
